The property owner trace service will locate a property owner’s current address. This service can be used to locate absentee freeholders, owners of empty properties and abandoned properties across the UK. The property owner location service will find the current resided at address for the property owner.
Deserted or abandoned properties can be problematic and this service will resolve this issue of uncontactable or not present property owners. The property ownership trace normally will be concluded in just 10 days.
